1. Services
SuperVIPNumbers provides brokerage and concierge assistance for curated VIP and fancy mobile numbers, including availability checks, paperwork guidance, and coordination with operators where applicable. We are not a telecom operator; number allocation, porting, and activation are subject to operator rules, regulatory requirements, and inventory availability.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You represent that you are legally able to enter into a contract in India and that information you provide (including identity and contact details for enquiries or transfers) is accurate. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and operator requirements.
3. Enquiries, pricing, and payment
Quotes, availability, and pricing are communicated on a case-by-case basis (for example via WhatsApp or phone). Prices may change until confirmed in writing against a specific number and payment instructions. You should only pay using bank details or methods we provide through our official channels; verify authenticity before transferring funds.
4. Bookings, cancellations, and refunds
Where a number is advertised as non-RTP, booking terms (including any booking amount) apply as communicated at the time of booking. For such bookings, if you cancel before RTP, a portion of the booking amount may be retained as communicated on the site or at enquiry. Where a number is RTP and a UPC or equivalent has been issued after payment, cancellation may be non-refundable. These policies supplement any specific terms stated during your transaction.
5. Intellectual property
Content on this website (text, graphics, branding, and layout) is owned by SuperVIPNumbers or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and services are provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that any particular number will remain available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services, including delays by operators or third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers elsewhere in India.
